The Atkins Diet

The idea for Atkins diet came from Journal of the American Medical Association which was ridden from Dr. Atkins in the late sixties. Dr. Robert Atkins was amazed by the idea of consuming low carbohydrate food in order to loose weight. He had tested this diet on him own. In 1972 based on the great effects of this diet- dr. Robert Atkins published a series of books named Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution.
