If you are satisfied with your weight you should balance the amount of calories you are taking through the food and the amount of calories burnt through process of physical activity.

In order to loose the weight you should eat less than the calories you are burning. You can burn the calories through the process of exercises. This is very important. So you are advised if you have not so much time to take only 30 minutes daily of exercises in order to balance input and output of calories in your body.
